
Sometimes getting all the nutrients and greens you need in one day can be a challenge. This is especially true if the idea of munching on raw spinach leaves you feeling like some kind of grass eating livestock. For a long time I would try to eat all the things that I could that would give be the best options as far as nutrition but let’s face it, salads are not very friendly for those people who are always on the go. I would find myself not being able to eat my meal because I was off driving to a meeting or about to meet someone to train at the gym. I was getting frustrated and not getting the proper nutrition.
Then it dawned on me, duh green smoothies. I know people have been drinking and swearing by green smoothies for a long time, but it never occurred to me that they would be a great option for me. I can blend it up and put it in an insulated tumbler and go out the door. I have been telling everyone about green smoothies, but some people are not convinced that it is as easy as I think.
